personailty: Completely and utterly spastic. No, seriously. Although Tulio is a brilliant actor, and can pull off the most difficult of cons and schemes, he worries too much about every little thing, and will eventually fly off the handle if things start going south. He jumps to conclusions quickly, and is quite intelligent, in some aspects.

Tulio is greedy, selfish, and totally obsessed with gold. He really cares very little for other people, though once in a while his conscience gets the better of him. He can do the right thing, but not without much complaining. Usually he only does something good if it will benefit him as well.
appearance: Tulio is tall and gangly with bright blue eyes, a thin pointed nose and a mop of black curly hair which he normally keeps tied back. He’s rarely clean shaven and dresses in whatever style befits whatever con he is currently trying to pull.
history:There’s not really much to say. Ever since he can remember, Tulio has been lying, cheating and stealing his way through life. Along with his best friend Miguel, he has traveled many countries, broke many a heart, and stole many a gold piece.

When the arrived at Avalon, they took on the persona of Princes of El Dorado, and thought they would take in their biggest score yet, but many distractions got in their way. Suffering a magical case of amnesia, Tulio ended up forgetting the first year and a half he spent at the school, and spent the next six months or so reeling from many a revelation. For one, he realised he had some pretty deep feelings for Chel, his other partner in crime, but she was seeing a much older man. When her relationship ended, things were tense but Tulio was willing to go back to how things were and see what happened.

Not long after, Chel vanished, going off to search for adventures of her own. Hurt and confused, Tulio took on a new lease on life, deciding not to worry about anything and just live, which made Miguel worry instead. Only a few months later, Miguel was gone too. Now Tulio is alone, feeling abandoned and lost, and is worrying more than ever.
