personailty: Glinda is a charming and bubbling young woman full of life and spirit that's easily detectable from spending around a minute and thirty seconds with her. She's smarter than most give her credit for - though she does have her blonde moments - and her temper isn't exactly safe, as her magic spazzes and goes off when she gets into an emotional state, usually rage. She'd more calm and reserved about things now that she's older, but she continues to adore being on stage and singing, two vital things she would never live without.
appearance: She's short, at 4'11 - don't make fun of her or she'll kick you in the shins - and a very petite young lady. She always looks her best, though, and is one of the types who adores high fashion. She's always in the latest things. Long blonde hair curls and tumbles over her shoulders, and she has almost too bright blue eyes. She's pale, but she makes it look good with her perfect dresses.
history: Glinda was born as Galinda in the land of Oz, to the Upper Uplands of the Gilikin. She was raised along with her older sister there in the Gilikin, even home-schooled. Public school was not for her. She grew up spoiled and used to getting everything her way, and when she went to University at Shiz, she expected the same treatment, but ran into opposition from her loathing roommate Elphaba. After a bit, though, Glinda took pity on the girl and the two became friends - up until Elphaba went off the deep end and Fiyero came between them. She went to Avalon instead, and it was there the two friends made up - until Dracula came between them. Glinda ended up marrying him and while she knows Elphaba isn't happy with it, she lives. Glinda became press-secretary of Oz, and it wasn't long after that she became Empress of Oz - right around the time she assumed the Headmistress position of Tintagel.
