I am delighted to inform you that I have not been kidnapped. I am sure you have been worried and I am sorry that I have not written sooner. I am quite well. I am in a place called Trenale. King Arthur and Queen Guinivere are both here as is Lord Emrys and Sir Lancelot. I am quite safe here and do not expect to return at present. Please do not worry for me as I am quite well.
I know that I have not asked permission to stay here, but I hope that you will agree that this is the best place for me at the moment. I have much to learn from the queen if she will allow me to learn from her. I shall write again soon.
