So this one-week wait to heal and fully regenerate, really didn't work out for Lisbeth the way she thought it would. It became a two-week thing, and Lisbeth was really losing her patience. She didn't want to stay much longer. She wanted to go back and fight, and with another recruit too, Jasmine. Her leg wound ended up becoming infected (no thanks to her supernatural wound freezing thing she apparently had), and was taking longer than the norm for such a wound to heal.
This was a good time for Lisbeth to wish she was a normal teenager. She'd done all of it right. Didn't even need to books for it, because she was just that good. Unfortunately, karma was an extraordinary b****. One day, Lisbeth would level up to karma and beat it. For now...Lisbeth needed clothes. She had only had two outfits, and they were really getting old, with how many times she'd washed them. Just another pair of leggings and a nice white tee would be fabulous. Maybe a pair of pumps, too. And a sequined belt would be lovely as well. Earrings, too.
By the time Lisbeth arrived at the clothing shop, she had come up with an entire outfit. She had some money leftover, and hoped to find a job on the island, even if a temporary one, since she needed to live for a little here. It wasn't long before she had almost everything in a basket, very content with all she'd found. There was still one more thing, and that was the tee. Once she snagged one, she strolled on over to try it out before buying it. As she walked out to find something else, the person beside her stall came out as well, and Lisbeth couldn't help but look, and a bit rudely too.
It was a brunette girl, with perfectly-shaped pink lips and long lashes. She was pretty, pretty enough for Lisbeth to stop in her tracks to admire her. "That top is very form-flattering, sweetheart. I say get it," Lisbeth flirted with a wink and a smile. Could Lisbeth help it? The girl was her type.
