Honestly, Levi had been hoping that more people would be considering something of a mass exodus. An army loomed on the horizon, and not the pretty, happy kind. No, this was an army that seemed to have no problem with terrorizing people. In fact, they'd already terrorized several students and faculty, and were likely to keep going.
Levi had to stay. It wasn't a matter of choice for him; he'd elected to be a knight, and knightly duty and honor insisted that he stay and fight. Part of him desperately wanted to stay too, to prove himself and actually do something for a change. Mostly though, he just wanted to head out to the island with the woman he loved, which also happened to be where he thought most people should be heading about now.
Apparently most of the females agreed with him. There were bags and parcels littering the halls, and Levi had to step around most of them. He had a goal, and it didn't involve stopping to help or carry; at least, not for these girls. Several did call out to him; he'd been at Gandalf's big speech and been one of the few to talk, which seemed to have given him some new status {it's called being a PC, Levi, get used to it}. He tried to wave, but mostly, he wove his way through the crowd.
He headed to room 105, a room occupied by a forgetful ex-fish, a mute ex-mermaid, and a confused Grecian, thus proving that the people in charge of rooming individuals at Tintagel had a special kind of insanity. Levi didn't know where the ex-fish was; he'd heard rumors, and he'd never quite encountered this ex-mermaid, though he knew her sister. It was the last he was there for, and that became clear when he knocked.
"Megara!" he called, leaning forward. He really hoped she was in there, or else this would all be pointless. He looked down the hall at some girls who were gathered there, sighed, and turned to knock on the door again. "Megara! It's Levain! I'm here to--" okay, that was slightly nebulous. He shifted. "I'm here to help you get to the Island Sanctuary."
Preferably on the next boat after the one Gwen was on, if not the same...
