A Character Question

Well, first off, I'd like to say that I feel in love with the plot and the site! Its brilliant and after a short debate I decided to jump in the fun.

I've been thinking about which character I would like to take up and I kind of got an idea but I'm not sure if its allowed.
I was thinking of something like "Annie of The Fables". There are many stories and tales in which the heroines don't have a name, or like how there's a thousands of them where the hero is named Jack. I thought I make a girl character like that. Not really involved in the "greater" tales but the little trouble maker of the lesser known, but equally interesting. That one girl who jumps in when the brothers Grimm need a tale about the girl who set the bread on fire, or the one who wore mismatched socks.

So, is that kind of a thing allowed?

As for your question, what you're basically asking is if you can make a character that's not a main character from any fable or fairytale, but a sort of unnamed secondary character. Is that what you mean or have I missed the mark?
