Name: Dominic De Barbarac
Age: 17
Parents: Cinderella and -secret-
Personality: Dominic is smart, very smart, and absolutely fascinated by the pursuit of knowledge - particularly when it comes to the supernatural. He can be a little childish at times, particularly when dealing with his sister, and has trouble being polite about a fact when he is sure he's correct, although he's usually quite accepting if you can offer scientific evidence that he isn't.
He's easily distracted when it comes to anything new he might learn, which he puts before most other things, though he does have quite a lot of hobbies that he shares with his sister, who he's incredibly close with.
Appearance: Blonde like his mother with striking blue eyes and defined cheekbones, he's actually quite dashing as far as looks goes, though it usually goes unnoticed under scruffy hair and whatever clothes he threw on in the morning. Every inch the dishevelled academic, Dominic has more important things to think about than clothes and appearance - which is why he often ends up with smudges of ink across his face, burns and chemical stains on his clothes, and other evidence of whatever his latest experiment or theory was.
History: Dominic was born, along with his twin sister Dominique, to incredibly loving, albeit slightly dense parents, once his mother had been magically gifted with the ability to actually produce children. They brought him up to the best of their ability, his mother being sweet, nurturing and still far too naive to really educate her children as to the ways of the world. Luckily, somehow, whatever genetics for cleverness had skipped their parents had not skipped them, and the twins managed to muddle by between themselves.
Their father, privately paranoid that Dominic would turn out like his mother and worried that the twins were so alike, pushed him into a lot of the most manly pursuits he could think of. It left both Dominic and his sister with a wide range of somewhat useful hobbies.
As his mother, particularly, had found Tintagel such an enlightening and wonderful place, she was eager that her children should experience it for themselves, and so off they went.
