We're not gonna pay rent... (Arthur)

He'd been back a good few days now, and managed to avoid his old roomate the entire time. Of course... that had meant not going back to the frat house. Or rather, avoiding being anywhere near the place at all costs. Gaston had barely slept in days, spending every night drinking in various shady bars, picking up girls and spending most nights at theirs. It had been fun, definitely fun, but he really needed a shower. And some clean clothes. And food. And his own bed.

The only thing that had been stopping him had been his roommate. He was pretty sure he wasn't going to be the most popular member of the frat house... and he was dreading facing Arthur.

But the time had come. He looked up at the house as he walked up the path, his key in his hand. He'd already decided, if Arthur said anything... ANYTHING... he'd punch him right in his smug face. That would make him feel so much better...

He turned the key in the door and let himself in, taking a deep breath as he stepped over the threshold.

Arthur had, in recent days, been immersing himself just that little bit further into technology, in particular; cameras. He’d already invested in one such item but had thus remained in the box with instruction manual thrown away. Now that he had some free time however he pulled it out again and began playing about. After a couple of days he decided that he was actually quite good at this camera thing. That was until he had realised that there was no memory card in it and all those brilliant pictures he had been taken hadn’t been saved. Once he acquired a memory card and found out that his new camera did film as well…well he took it everywhere. It was becoming especially handy when he went out with Gwen, an excellent way for recording the events of the evening when his memory had fallen into a drunken black hole.

Currently, he was attempting to replay some of that footage on the television but was having some trouble connecting the camera to the television set. He was surrounded by millions of different cables and none of them seemed to either be right or working. He was attempting one of the last ones he had left when he heard the front door open, and a very familiar person walking over the threshold. He looked at him for a moment, he seemed ok, definitely better than the last time he had saw him, which was back in his hospital bed after his…accident. No, at least now he looked healthy. Good, then he wouldn’t feel bad about beating him to a pulp.

Maybe not the best way to start off their reunion, but he hadn’t ruled it out completely. He turned back to the Camera, and thus his back on Gaston and said, “You left your guitar hero. I was going to sell it off if you didn’t come back.”
