[Panic]

After weeks of successful avoidance, Panic was looking for Della. It was foolish to think she might simply refuse Hades and that would be the end of it. She likely hated Panic by now. That alone was enough to make him want to stay away. He did not want to face her wrath, and, yet, his heart tugged him toward her like a magnet. He could stay away. Perhaps that was the answer. If he stayed away they were not together and Hades deal was broken. Yet, Panic knew it would have to be something more substantial that simply existing in two separate locations. He would love her until the end of time, but maybe, just maybe, he'd could get her to fall out of love with him. She already had every reason in the world and now he was making her sink into the world he lived in constantly. It devastated him that it had come to this. That Hades had come for her, but maybe now she'd see why she had to move on. Maybe now she could understand why she needed to find someone better.

For the first time in a while, Panic wasn't traveling in the form of any animal. He wanted Della to see him and recognize him in case he didn't spot her first. He;d been wandering around the cottages for a while, hoping that he'd somehow see something that marked one as hers. Panic wasn't all that shocked to find himself suddenly in a winter village. This was not nearly the first time the school had done something like this. Odd to think that a thing that could cause so many people stress hardly had an effect on Panic.
