Andrina (for Quinny)
Emily from The Corpse Bride or Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. Both combine the adorkable and drama that you usually like in your chars and have some potential for a lot of fun interactions, especially given what the transformation at Trenale would do to them.
Stitch is so much your kind of char it's almost too obvious to suggest him, really. Ditto Lilo (though you could easily pair some of these with some other people).
Koda from Brother Bear could also give you some potential, as well as a char that would almost HAVE to be young to really work out. Oliver from Oliver and Company would be similar
Yzma from Emperor's New Groove. No, wait, stop giggling. I'm serious here. She'd give you a villainous char which opens up some fun new plot potential, and a lot of her backstory is open to interpretation. The portals have been known to play with age before, and she was turned into a kitten at the end of the film, giving some leeway to tweak it. But you'd get a magic user who schemes, which opens up a lot of plot potentials while letting you cut loose a little and still brush against the drama.
Rasputin's similar if you really wanna screw with all the Anastasia folks.
Jim Hawkins would also work for you, I think. He'd be a bit more serious than some of yours, but I think you could pull off his deadpan snark pretty well. May be a bit too similar to Aiden though.
San from Princess Mononoke could work well.
Gurgi from The Black Cauldron could be a lot of fun. That would be the little furry guy who pretty much said his name and talked funny the whole time. He's got depth potential for who he is, and his personality would mesh well with several characters on the board.
I could see Jasmine from Aladdin potentially working. Bit traditional rebellious princess, but you could always twist her slightly.
There's Mushu if you just want someone fun. Rhino from Bolt (the hamster) would fall in that same sort of lane (and could be fun if someone takes one of those chars).
Anne-Marie from All Dogs Go to Heaven could be fun. The talking to animals weds well with the talking animal chars and Giselle, and she'd have some potential canon mates among the other suggestions.
Jasmine
(I haven't posted with you quite as much as everyone else, so these are gonna be a bit more of a stretch? )
Nick Wilde plays to some of your skills writing snarkers, and he's a dude, and I don't think you're playing any of those at the moment and NO, I'M NOT JUST SUGGESTING NICK YET AGAIN.
Amalthea from The Last Unicorn would give you someone highly magical with some potential for real growth. You could play up the whole turned into human thing or figure some way around it. Guaranteed plot with the Camelot folks at the least, and that's a HUGE chunk. also fun if someone picks up the other Unicorn chars.
This one's gonna sound weird, but Kenai from Brother Bear. You've got a vengeance seeker who has talking animal syndrome, a grounded belief in the way the world works, and a distrust of magic. He plays like a lot of your chars while also giving you loads of plot potential, particularly if Quinn goes for Koda.
Audrey from Atlantis could be fun if you wanted to aim for more of the belligerent side of things. She'd work with Tibbs request for more from that series and also give you plenty of unique interactions with just enough plotty backstory to sink into.
Megara would give you the Hercules grouping as well as a char that's just loaded with plot potential.
I'd suggest Belle though she'd be super-loaded given the setup we have. Also not sure if there's enough difference between her and Della?
I could possibly see Mulan? She works with some of what I've seen with the grounded thing.
Emily
(same with Jasmine, I'm afraid)
Tanya Mouskewitz from American Tail. I've actually played her, so I know there's potential. She's got the gentle soul thing, but if you pick up some of the plot elements from the sequel, you've also got someone who's trying to balance being a good person with wanting to be noticed as a performer, which opens up some fun plot. And the talking animal contingent could always use more.
Officer Clowder from Zootopia. This would be the big cheetah guy who's cuddly and a police officer but is also something of a giant dork.
Toothless (How to Train Your Dragon or Stitch could work well as well. Would give you someone a bit more mischievous to play more into that and allow some stretching while presenting a fair bit of plot potential, particularly if someone picks another Dragon char or Lilo.
Merida from Brave could work.
Kiara from Lion King 2 could be fun; that would depend some on whether there was a Kovu wandering around.
Also Louis from Princess and the Frog
Charlescence
Quinn's made me think of Jack, who would be in your wheelhouse and kind of fun, particularly if she went with Sally.
Also Mushu.
You'd play a killer Jumba from Lilo and Stitch.
