Astrid had received the memo. She'd gotten it shortly after Gandalf's big, grandiose speech about rallying together and stuff like that. Which meant that she still hadn't really had time to heal up from her little adventure with Henry and Arthur, which meant that she still had aches in pains in all the wrong places.
"Why am I even here," she muttered. She looked around, noticing that, at least for now, she was the only one of the three to actually respond to the notice. Arthur made sense; he probably had kingly things to do, and Astrid wouldn't be surprised if he even showed up at all, regardless of what the note had said. Henry was a little more surprising, but again, Astrid figured it probably had something to do with being royalty. Henry had spoken up at the whole little speech thing, so maybe he had to go off and do something.
All Astrid knew is that she, the lone girl and the lone "peasant" was the one standing outside the office.
"Hey, you in there!?" she called, rapping her knuckles on the door. "You... person who sent the note... you!"
Hey, that's all she had, so she was running with it.
